About returns and exchanges

At Lemontree stores, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a hassle-free return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

Eligibility:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Timeframe:

You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive the item to request a return or exchange..

Non-Returnable Items:

Underwear, swimwear, and personal hygiene products are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
All items excluding jewellery will have 7 days return and exchange provided.
As all Jewellery items are made to order and many of them are personalized, we are unable to offer refunds on orders .We accept returns and exchanges if there is any quality issues with the product.Please feel free to contact us and we can try our best to solve all of the problems for you.
How to Start a Return/Exchange:
Contact Us: Email us at info@lemontreestores.com  within 7 days of receiving your item.
Approval: Once we receive your request, we will send instructions for the return process.
Shipping Returns: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 4 number of days  or return .

    Exchanges:

    • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

    Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
